Located in Brandy Station, the Graffiti House was used as a hospital during the Civil War by both Union and Confederate soldiers. The upstairs walls are covered with the signatures of the patients and soldiers passing through the area. The Brandy Station Foundation works toward completing more research into the history of the home and restoring and preserving the home. You can tour the home and learn more about the impact of the Civil War in the area. Nearby, the Brandy Station Battlefield Park gives visitors a glimpse at the field where the largest calvary battle in American history took place. Right next to the park is the Culpeper Regional Airport-home to the yearly Culpeper Air Fest.
