Partlow is a smaller area of Spotsylvania county nestled between Lake Anna and Caroline County. There are plenty of large and small homes to be found here. Given it’s location to both I95 and Lake Anna, there is also lots to do! If you like the outdoors and wineries make sure to put Sassafras Shade Vineyard, Mattaponi Winery, and Lake Anna Winery on your list. Also near Kings Dominion is Dominion Speedway which is home to the yearly Electric Vehicle Fall Festival.
