A new neighborhood is coming to northern Orange County! Not far from the homes in Wilderness Shores, Somerset, and Lake of the Woods, Twin Lake Villa is a new development for residents 55 and older.
While Ryan Homes has completed their single family homes in Wilderness Shores and are continuing to work on the sold out townhomes, they have begun a new project. Twin Lake Villa is a 55 and up community just off of Route 3 near Lake of the Woods and is located about halfway between Culpeper and Fredericksburg.
The one level living homes that are semi-attached are being offered in two floor plans. Each floor plan offers three bedrooms, two baths and a two car garage. An unfinished basement is ideal for extra storage or additional living space.
