Closing day, we made it!

As you look back on your experience so far you realize you are prepared! You’ve partnered with a responsive lender, a thorough home inspector, and an agent who has expertly guided you through the process.  Becoming a homeowner is a life-changing event and we are excited to be on this journey with you. 

Closings typically take place at a title company but on occasions can happen at the home itself. Closing day is the culmination of all the work you’ve done, and I want to be part of that celebration. It’s my commitment to be there at every closing, celebrate with you, as well as make sure transfer of ownership goes smoothly. 

What to expect

Because we’re prepared, we know you’ll need your driver’s license and funds made out to the title company if needed. Your title agent will go through each page with you to explain and answer any questions you might have. The title agent will notarize any needed documents and make copies. Once signed, all documents go to the courthouse for recording and you will be the proud owner of your new home!

All that is left to do is to celebrate!
