(If you are anything like us, you will have to eventually set the chips aside or there will be no more room in your stomach for your dinner.) We always order some queso dip to go along with the chips too. (You can get free queso with your chips on Tuesdays!) The carne asada, camarones al ajillo, and mar y tierra are all large meals that will leave you stuffed. The fajitas are served in a sizzling cast iron pan that comes straight to the table. At Guacamole it is rare that we leave without a to-go box. They also offer dessert, which I am sure is delicious, but I don’t think we’ve ever had room for it. There are daily happy hour specials everyday from three to seven too like the five dollar margarita and two dollar draft beers. The lunch menu, served from eleven to three Monday through Friday, offers many of the same menu items at smaller portions.
