You can often see the smoker at work as you walk up to the entrance of the restaurant.

My wife, the wiser of the two of us, had a Fairways Crispy Chicken sandwich which she ate half of and then saved the rest for tomorrows lunch. Why was this smart? Because the delicious hand-cut shoestring fries are best enjoyed fresh from the kitchen. You should never leave these on the plate.
